Stabbyjoe and other Flawless Victory officers realized that Knightt, the FV guild leader, was working with Platlord. Stabbyjoe turned over the activities of platlord going on in Flawless Victory over to the GMs. I believe he found the exact information of platlord's spreadsheet out by hacking Knightt's email account.

While Stabby does turn over information to Sirken and other GMs, he realizes that it might be possible to take some of these items for his own end. He makes a couple big trades that seem to draw attention and result in characters such as the troll illusion bard Mythoxxus getting banned after he trades some pretty high end items for that character.

TLDR: Stabby turns in information about platlord because evidence of RMT in Flawless Victory taking place becomes evident to the officers, but then Stabby steals some of these items/platinum from platlord without telling the GMs. The GMs realize this, and Stabbyjoe is banned.

Yeah, no kidding. This is the whole point - no game is fun when you beat it by cheating. Adults already understand this. The children on this server yet to learn this (self-evident) lesson need to go somewhere else and stop draining the fun out of it for those of us who already know how games work, and want to just play.

Honestly, someone needs to code up a big red button that these people can click and which spawns the pop-up message "Congratulations! You won the game!", or introduce them to Progress Quest so they will go away and leave the rest of us alone.

Totally agree. Went to Morrell Thule server yesterday and today because I've gotten tired of grinding platinum/gear on P99.

On that server I had GM powers and could give myself any gear/power, and after killing all the raid targets in Kunark and Velious, I was like holy crap, this is really boring.

The journey is the fun part. That's why I'll always say that leveling to 60 is the most fun part of the game. It can be done totally casually with strangers, and it doesn't involve poopsocking mobs for hours on end.

to much secrets from staff, just unveil names , make public names involving into rmt trader.

let them know community , and let community reply then drop ur hammer upon their heads.

There are a lot of adults who were children when they played originally and just want to play this game and get a sense of beating it.. so RMT is an easy means to accomplish that.

Personally, I wanted a MMO to play and this was a great choice so im playing to play not to 'beat' it.

But as everyone has seen, a ton of people get to lvl 50ish and bounce.

I myself have actually just recently started playing here again from scratch. Its great. Hanging out with new players that haven't started using the forums yet and have no knowledge at all about what is going on on the server is awesome. Occasionally we get that 500k twink in the group that tries to carry the forum gossip with him.. but besides that its very enjoyable.

Delete your toons and restart.
