You would have proven it worked like it does on live if it had spawned at 8pm. It spawnng at 6am really doesn't tell you anything other than 6am still being considered night.
I said this on the previous page but perhaps you missed it. Night is no longer an hour off on the server. Night runs from 8 to 6 now. Go to Kith and see for yourself.
