If this is about power leveling or something, I'm sure there are more efficient power levelers than me (I know some.). However, I'll bend over backwards to get you a great deal in terms of plat per level...in an honest way.

Im saying that you dont need to be PLed at all to level faster than you can level someone at the absolute fastest

And by at the top tier I mean someone in TMO who is basically an RMT ringleader that at least one GM is completely aware of.

that same GM keeps the TMO deal under wraps in exchange for a % of what the RMTer sells.

I talked to platlord once on AIM for shits and giggles. This was right after someone told me Platlord was affiliated with Flawless Victory. Platlord seemed very confident over AIM and indicated that few people had been caught using his services. I always thought it would be interesting to try to do a sting operation to catch him like a detective and then figured eh nevermind, and closed the conversation.
