Not quite sure what you mean. Why would the UI have any influence on the tradeskill recipe being in the game?

(Edit: I think you might be referring to the situation we had with certain research spells only being combinable using the modern tradeskill interface which was removed recently. I haven't seen anything posted about beer braised recipes falling into this catergory but I can check tomorrow.)
