Can I transfer my UI between comps

(character)_project1999.ini will transfer all your hotbuttons and macros, as well as friends/ignore lists. UI_(character)_project1999.ini will transfer your UI setup, including all windows and their positions, provided the game is set to the same resolution.

You can also copy eqclient.ini to transfer screen resolution settings and any other changes you've made in the options screen.
