The first portion of this doesn't really make sense to me - so I really don't know how to respond. Nothing in that section really relates to anything that was being discussed in this thread... so umm, yea.

As for the second portion - it is not about NPCs, it is about you harassing other players and breaking server rules. Training has been deemed an unacceptable act by both the staff and community of this server - so you training people on this server is indeed and example of you wronging them. You're not even arguing the right topics here guy.

As for people tossing their cigarette butts, I think they're inconsiderate and definitely don't condone people shitting up the environment.
