fastest way to get dupe IP ban lifted

Hey guys roomate and i are trying to come back to EQ after quite a few years. we play mostly at different times but occasionally at night we play together. Whats the fastest way to get a hold of a GM to lift the ban so we can both play ? Thanks in advance [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It isn't a "ban". You need to request an exemption in this sub-forum

and follow these instructions:

IP Exemption: This is for requesting to be exempt from the limit of 1 connection per IP Address. You may request exemption if you have more than 1 real person playing from the same IP. When posting for this, please include the account names of every person that will be playing from the same IP.

And after you do that you are at the mercy of the GM's to do the exemptions. Could take a few hours could take a few days could take a week.

Yeah we did one of those [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] just was wandering if there was a way to get their attention watching each other play is no fun :P

They do them as they get to them. Just keep trying. You can also try using a neighbor's wifi or tether with a phone.
