That's crazy to suspect an overclock. I've got my 3570k running from its stock 3.4GHz up to 4.2 or 4.3GHz without any problems, but then I am running on Ubuntu instead of Windows.

Anyways, the first hit on google for the Athlon II P360 is notebookcheck.net. Are you running a desktop or laptop? If you are running a laptop, I strongly advise you do not overclock, especially if you do not know how to reset the bios as you claim in this thread. However, if you do not know how to reset your bios, you likely aren't overclocking in the first place and we're therefore going down the wrong path with this discussion anyways.

To enter your bios, turn your computer completely off, and then turn it back on. There should be some text that shows up on your screen when you initially turn on the computer, and it should tell you to press a button to enter the BIOS, for my motherboard its F2. If you don't press the button in time on the first boot, reboot your computer and mash that button until you get into the bios. For more detailed instructions on how to reset your bios (assuming you can't figure it out by browsing the bios menu on your own), google your laptop's make and model and the word "bios". You should find instructions for modifying and navigating your bios from those instructions.
