Default Pet weapon delay not affecting pet attack delay

This is not classic. Please advise.

Given the recent nerf to the way experience is distributed between the pet and its owner, I think it's fair to fix this. I'm really not convinced that this would be crazily overpowered like people say. Regardless, this is classic, it wasn't considered an exploit, and it wasn't considered game-breaking back in 1999 when it was a well-known trick to most pet classes.

Just curious, but what's pet delay set to currently?

pet delay is 30

It's classic, it should be fixed. There's no reason not to. If you're going to revert changes to pet XP etc. because they're "classic", fix pet delay and make things truly classic, not just partially classic because you don't agree with everything.
