![]() This seems like a change in perspective for you Icecom. Regardless of the other things you think of as wrong here, the mechanic has to be fixed for Kunark to put it in line with how things were on live. There were tons of guilds that had to farm Lord for Spiroc Blades for warrior epics. It was one of the most difficult pieces to get on live.

![]() For sure Barf. Don't get me wrong, I wish we could farm him. I just don't think that ANY guild on live was farming him like many guilds could on here.
There are SO many spiroc wingblades on the server now, I am pretty sure most serious tanks will have access to a MQ or outright have their blades already. I think it is awesome how much time with Sky we have had in Vanillia and look forward to seeing the rest of the zone when Kunark comes. I guess my point is I can understand why they wouldn't want 4 or 5 guilds farming the Spiroc Lord all day long during Vanilla, that doesn't mean I like it [You must be logged in to view images. ![]() There's currently two Spiroc Lords on top of each other. I know the issue was mentioned in this thread but since some other issues were fixed I figured this one could be looked at also.

![]() The drop rate on the blade should be nerfed to be in line with live also, but they're aware of this.
Perhaps no guild on live was farming him like we are on p99, but keep in mind tactics have advanced greatly since then. No one (publicly) had invented the CH rotation yet and we know how to use game mechanics to the maximum through years of practice. Hell, even with all these advantages, the fight can go wrong at any time and scares me when we engage even though I know we're gonna win. It's the best encounter out there (except maybe CT with like 20 adds.) Besides, all we'd get out of having infinite Lords is 100 more wizard shoulders anyway.

![]() There are posts on TSW, at least, about people farming him in much the same way. It was done, but likely not pre-Kunark or Velious.

![]() Might as well delete all islands past island 2 since none of the bosses drop anything but island 1/2 anyway, how is this classic? or did sony just want to give high end guilds shit loot all day?

![]() Bump.
The double Spiroc Lord being up bug is still very much around. Every time we've planned on doing island five recently, there have been two of them up. And with Uthgaard no longer around, it's all-but-impossible to get one of them despawned. That means we have to try and split them and hope the first one we kill is the old Spiroc Lord that was spawned before Guardian was killed, so that it doesn't respawn. Any chance you can implement some code that checks to see if a Spiroc Lord is up when it's time for the 8-hour respawn Spiroc Lord to spawn, and then despawn it if true? Or some other fix that finally rids us of this problem? Please [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
