As far as stuff to camp, if you can kill the taskmaster in Crushbone, he often drops a brass earring that can be turned into various slaves. The slaves will give you a note to their loved ones which, when delivered to said loved one, usually yield decent stuff. Of particular interest would be the high elf male slave, whose ultimate reward is a +2 STR ring. Other rewards include leather armor and a bronze 2-handed axe that sells for several plat. If you are in Qeynos Catacombs, kill Cubert for the dress which can be turned in for a chance at a +3 INT earring. It probably won't be of much use to you but it might make nice barter material, and it's a really easy quest to do (just practice your swimming a bit beforehand because there is a longish stretch of underwater swimming). While you are crossing the Karanas, kill any rabid animals you find (wolves for sure, grizzlies if you can take them down) and loot their diseased pelts. Those turn in for a few plat and some decent exp in Qeynos. Also if you can find any of the lone bandits, they have a chance to drop a red sash that is turned in for exp and a bronze weapon. I've spent the last few days mostly in W Karana running around killing rabid critters and the odd bandit and have gone from level 17 to nearly level 22 (ranger) and added several hundred plat to my coffers. The orc runner quest is a good one to do in Butcherblock. It's on a 22 min timer so that is plenty of time to kill the runner, turn in his drops, and return again for the next pop. One of the rewards is a longbow which sells for several plat, plus I think it is good exp until level 12 or so. If you can get a SoW, you can add the mail delivery quests from the BB docks and Kaladim (and probably Felwithe too) for a little extra cash/exp.

I took a look at your guild's charter. It's pretty restrictive in terms of how you can equip your character with the limits allowed, but since I'm a dirty rotten scoundrel - this is what I would do with a Wood Elf Ranger.
1) Run the Kelethin - Felwithe mail from levels 1 to 7. If you run in a straight line, this is actually faster than killing mobs solo in patchwork for the level 3-7 stretch. You will also net over 50pp doing this. 2) Hunt down a guildmate that is a smith. Buy the materials on your own for a set of full small banded and a Forged bastard sword. Politely come to wherever is most convenient for them to click the button a few times, and also pick up a merchant sold longbow, fletching kit, and a small round shield. 3) I would now level from 7 to 9 off of orcs or dwarven skeletons in butcherblock. Your guild rules prevent my selling the belts or bone chips to other players for lucrative prices, so you could either bank them or sell them to guild mates. Either way, cloth armor and rusties drop for vendor bait and that's my goal. 4) I would now have close to 30 plat (run the mail a few more times if needed) and my next step is preparing for the long haul. I would locate a high level magician (EC tunnel or Ocean of Tears - Seafury Island) and I would politely request some summoned items. A staff of Symbols, a sword of runes (or 2), a modulation rod, and probably 6 glowing backpacks. Your guild rules state that I can accept buffs from ANY other player in the game. I don't see a reason why summoned items wouldn't fall into this list, so I would offer the Magician my plat as a tip and then use those items to reach into the 20's. The mod rod's ratio is a winner, and the glowing backpacks are the big deal which allow you to vendor EVERYTHING. Ground twink the summoned items to a level 1 alt before logging for the night and have the twink die to store the items on a corpse. Then pick them up for the next day's play session. Once my ranger is in the 20's (upper end hopefully), I'd see about speaking with multiple guild mates about making a RunnyEye excursion for blackened alloy armor and especially a blackened alloy bastard sword. Your guild rules prevent your going in low and just having a higher level guildmate getting them for you - I believe you have to be within a certain level range of the mob that drops them. So I'd shoot for that as the sword drops often and is a much better ratio than anything you could easily obtain from another source. After that, it's armor quest time or time to just keep leveling and try to get within range of other armor / weapon sources with guildmates. The mage items would be a big boost in assisting to get to the 20's though.

I joined the guild as a Ranger just to see how rough this will be. Mage Summoned items are treated as dropped items by the guild rules due to their taking equipment slots (including bags), so the Staff of Symbols and Glowing Backpacks are out.
That said, it's going well regardless. It's a fun group of people, and a Ranger can nab a dragoon dirk from the DE in North Ro with some patience as well as an Iksar Berserker club in Kurn's. Those would make leveling into range of Runnyeye easily.

At 8 farm the snot out of Blackburrow or Crushbone. Gnoll teeth or CB belts will take you to 12 or 13.
WK bandit sashes to 15 or 16. Then hit Highpass for a group. Gnolls = PGT. Orcs = Shralok pack. You should have the cash by now to buy a combine weapon from the NK gypsies. Congrats, dual magic weapons. Farm wisps for lightstones and buy banded if you haven't already. If you have a guild jewelcrafter buy or trade for +hp/ac rings. Join a HHK group in your 20s and ride it to 30+. Come back at 30+ for more tips.
