Do not need raid force in zone or anything. If you FTE a mob, it's yours to either die to or pull to spot to kill. No kiting allowed though.

Not if you have a raid force at the camp by the time you get there.

Which is how... basically every dragon goes.

not very likely that an unguilded character is going to have a raid force at the camp.
