You trust random people on the internet over random people on the internet? None of those responses received more than 1 vote. From a purely statistical standpoint, the echo chamber here is actually more likely to be correct in this case.

I've always seen prime rib served bloody and while I like my steaks medium rare, I don't touch prime rib as I've never seen it cooked enough.

lol, this answer isn't even remotely correct.

"not as hot or cooked as long as the smaller end"

prime rib is cooked for HOURS to reach a consistent warm (not hot) temperature.

the question was loaded to begin with

"why is prime rib from a buffet bad and cold"

bad? buffet.
cold? buffet.

jesus christ.

I like most beef cuts as rare as I can get it, usually. But it depends on the reputation of the place I am ordering it from. If Im at a reputable steak house, I'll get it rare or med-rare. If Im at Waffle House or Denny's getting a t-bone, that shit needs to be down a bit longer. That said, prime rib tends to run a bit rare anyway. Ordering it medium will still look and taste more bloody than even a ribeye at medium.

Either way, one would think that ordering any protein from a Gordon Ramsay joint would not disappoint. And apparently it didn't here.

was at some shitty diner ordered a ribeye and got a bottom of the barrel sirloin. tasted like shit so Im like okay lets do some A1 and then a nasty wrinkly ass french fry came out the bottle onto my fucking plate. I stared in disbelief for 7 seconds as my life flashed before my eyes because in that moment I just wanted to DIE

then like was at another restaurant and was chewing a piece of ribeye and spit it out cuz too much fat (just in that 1 piece tho) and shanna like "wuts wrong" Im like "is fatty" as the waitress walks by. comped $25 off meal so she got a ridic tip, the funny part is it was a gr8 steak it was just the timing

I literally only eat steak Im gonna get lou gehrigs disease

Contrary to popular AIM chat belief, there is no Shaez wedding in the works.
