Miscellaneous: Exp range for mobs.

I understand that one way to tell for many kos mobs is whether or not they aggro when they are green.

Or just read the text instead of looking at the color and dismissing it as green con. There is a difference in text when it will still agro you.

Lets pretend the puma's are Level 5.

At lvl 8 the level 5 mobs are not giving exp.
At lvl 9 the level 5 mobs are giving exp.

does that make the problem clearer?

Yea you guys are totally failing at what hes trying to explain...

Why should a higher level gain experience from the same mob that a lower level isnt?
