In a brilliant use of game mechanics here's how people can easily work together to cap out NPC languages. Rather than a single person dumping in 100 training points, by splitting it up between people you can save a lot. Say in a group of 4, one person trains to 25, then spams. Then another trains 25-50 and spams the group up. Then another trains 50-75 and spams the group up. Then another does 75-100 and tops everyone off. I know there's some cost disparity in training at levels, but the idea is still there, and the more people willing to do it, the more skill points and money is spread out. The best part is, if you don't want to waste your main's skill points that is what alts are for! With a little coordination we can all be polyglots [You must be logged in to view images. Alternately, if you have dumped training points into one of the non player character trained only languages, and would be willing to share them with other people please post them in this thread as well.

What's the use in learning a new language exactly? Or is this one of those.. "fun" things?

Ohyes I forgot all these languages/tradeskills/factions/other stuff are complete waste of time, I should be in the middle of killing a dragon and getting a bigger faster sword!

Thank you for reminding for me what is "fun" and what is not good man.

Only thing I like to do while sitting around a circle with other men isn't appropriate to talk about here. Send me tell in game.

On Live, one could teach a langage to someone else up to 1 point above their skill level (for example player A has a Teir'Dal skill of 66, he could teach player B this skill up to 67). It made no sense whatsoever but could be used in an interesting fashion: you only needed to have 1 player with a skill of 1 to increase his skill and others' up to 100 (player A teaches player B up to a skill of 2, player B then teaches player A up to a skill of 3, etc...). We did it with some friends on Live, took ages but was definitely doable.

Edit: didn't see Reiker beat me to it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Not sure if this was posted yet, but on live you can actually teach 1 skill point above your skill. For example if you have 50 Orcish, you can teach someone to 51 Orcish. I believe they had to zone to bump you back up to 52 though, although I'm not entirely sure on that. But it was possible to max all the languages as long as someone started with a single point in them.
