mobs resists issue

The mobs also seem to be moving at much faster speeds than even Blue99. I wonder if it was done intentionally or if this is in our heads.

the mobs are moving the exact same speed. I know this because I ae kited on both servers and if the mobs moved faster on red99 then I'd get pwned.

Have not seen this, couple levels lower but using the same spells --I have no problem soloing blues, every second or third mob has a resist, every 10th or so has two.

I've soloed a few even cons -there I might get an extra resist, and end up the fight with 10 or 20% mana instead of 30 to 40% against the dark blue.
