mobs resists issue
 

I don't know if anyone else is noticing NPC resists being a bit messed up. As a 15 enchanter, I cast tashan on blue con mobs and my roots / nukes get resisted 3/4 of the fight... other classes are soloing yellows/reds (cough necros) fine, but i cant even solo a blue mob without pulling huge aggro from resists and dying... is anyone else noticing this as an issue? Even in beta it wasn't this bad.

I noticed the same thing against caimans.

There would be a DW Caim that is red to me and I can land snares with relative ease. I maybe get resisted 1/3 at the very most.

When tashed I've noticed the same exact resist rate.

Shaman is not one of those classes solo'ing yellow/reds.

Typical fight against dark blues as follows:

Resist Affliction.
Resist Affliction.
Resist Affliction.
Land Affliction.
Resist Tainted Breath.
Land Tainted Breath.

Mob at 90% and dot'd now I'll try and root/med or med/kite.

Run, sit every 6 seconds, then keep running. I get the mana tic but when I stand up and start running I lose the mana I gained.

Well, fuck. Let's try and root/med.
Root resist.
Root resist.
Blind resist.
Root land.

Time to zone, blue con kicked my ass.

Not having this problem

I've never encountered this on either of my characters (my Bard on p99/red99 or my enchanter on p99). Maybe sometimes you just get unlucky? Or maybe the mob is wearing a thex dagger.

Ya i never experienced this on p99 or BETA red 99... and ya some classes seem fine, but so far I've died several times because of resists.

I land like 2 things for the price of 60-70% of my mana

The mobs also seem to be moving at much faster speeds than even Blue99. I wonder if it was done intentionally or if this is in our heads.

the mobs are moving the exact same speed. I know this because I ae kited on both servers and if the mobs moved faster on red99 then I'd get pwned.

Have not seen this, couple levels lower but using the same spells --I have no problem soloing blues, every second or third mob has a resist, every 10th or so has two.

I've soloed a few even cons -there I might get an extra resist, and end up the fight with 10 or 20% mana instead of 30 to 40% against the dark blue.
