Zonewide is fine. Worldwide is another matter. You actually should know who is in your zone most of the time, if not at all times.

We should not know they are a murderer on a killing spree until they find and attack us, or we "gasp" communicate with our fellow players and learn he is a murderer.

YT, even in a zone, is immersion breaking.
