I don't know about most of you, but any other PvP server that we've played on had yellow text implemented for every PvP kill. How can you have a legit pvp server, without yellow text?! I'm pretty sure everyone who gets a kill would like it to be known worldwide...I feel like this is a major reason as to why people even play a PvP server, to acknowledge the fun of player vs player combat.

You don't have to include the place of kill if you don't want, but at least have the yellow...why not?

yeah id like this to be implemented as well, it isnt classic but it is minor enough and does not alter the game i see no reason not to implement it.

Having played on both Live and the EMU global yellow text is definitely awesome.. but... It gives away a lot of the mystique. Especially since "So-and-so has been slain in Nektulo's Forest", and then everyone and his brother runs their to track down the ganker. It's got it's plus and minuses but I wouldn't mind seeing it implemented. Zone wide at least if not server wide.

And its not even desireable, its just another way to grief and poison the server community with. PvP should be for in game reasons, not to get the most YT.

We should be trying to cultivate 1999 Rallos server culture, not 2009 VZTZ haxbox culture.

Y/T increases PvP. increased PvP is good. Rogean will not put in Y/T

I don't see the problem with having it server wide...this is a PVP server, pvp kills should be broadcasted. So what if it tells you where it happened, that only encourages more pvp...and isn't this what we want people?! Server wide recognition, definately, revealing location, I don't see the harm..

No yellow text. I'd rather players not know what I'm doing in the zone, and it isn't classic.

these blue99 people are fanatical about their classic feel. red99 will be blue99 2.0
