Foot of Candlestick not dropping from Unkempt Preservers?

the magelo captures i have, there's 46 total observed loots and 4 of them had foot of the candlestick (adding Unkempt Preserver + unkempt preserver together). So if foot is 100% drop from the specific one that says "Long live the green!" (which is usually a death emote on unkempt druids in other zones, makes me think this might be too), maybe around 5-8% spawn chance?
