Project 1999 - Foot of Candlestick not dropping from Unkempt Preservers?

Have you encountered any unkempt preservers that yell "Long live the green!" when attacked? It seems as if that is the one that actually drops the Foot of Candlestick.

I haven't completed this quest myself, so I can't say if it's fully implemented.
