Foot of Candlestick not dropping from Unkempt Preservers?

Have you encountered any unkempt preservers that yell "Long live the green!" when attacked? It seems as if that is the one that actually drops the Foot of Candlestick.

4.7.2 Q – Where do I find this odd druid?

A. – The odd druid is a rare spawn located around the druid camp in Rathe Mountains. The druid is labeled as a ‘unkempt preserver’, but when attacked, will shout “Long live the green!!” You must continually clear other unkempt druids and animals around this area to get the odd druid to spawn.

9. Head back to the Rathe Mountains to the Unkempt Preservers. Kill druids until you hear a druid screaming "Long live the green!!!". This is the one you want to kill.

I haven't completed this quest myself, so I can't say if it's fully implemented.

I finally got it after 211 kills.

A note, though, the druid did NOT yell "Long live the green!"

So there is a bug to be fixed!

This was a really strange edge case.
