should be a race:
- starting line is steamfont
- after angry spawns people have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to gather at steamfont kobold camps
- a roll will commence out of 1000. First roll 793+ signifies start
- After 793+ roll everyone can start trying to proc their OT hammers. (duels, kobolds, etc)
- Run from OT hammer proc to angry goblin and turn in
- jboot max speed buff.. no selos/sow obviously

simple, easy, consistent.
