Angry Goblin Roll revision (+Poll)
There has been a number of threads that discuss the possibility of extending the time limit to roll from the current 10 seconds to either 15, 20 or 30 seconds. You can find the most recent discussion here: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=367284
I have also spoken with Menden who told me he'd support the idea (if enough people agree to it, since this is ultimately a 'player-agreed rule'). So here's an official poll to see whether there are enough players supporting the idea to warrant a change. For simplicity's sake, there are only 2 choices: stick with current 10 seconds, or extend it to 30 seconds (so that it is consistent with Ring 8 roll). 30 seconds seems to be the most common recommendation from the latest thread (which i linked above). 15 or 20 seconds are also fine choices but i have left them out since they are not that materially different than 30 seconds. cheers |
Keep it as is

10 seconds is stupid as all get out.
30 seconds is reasonable. |
should be a race:
- starting line is steamfont - after angry spawns people have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to gather at steamfont kobold camps - a roll will commence out of 1000. First roll 793+ signifies start - After 793+ roll everyone can start trying to proc their OT hammers. (duels, kobolds, etc) - Run from OT hammer proc to angry goblin and turn in - jboot max speed buff.. no selos/sow obviously simple, easy, consistent. |
honestly im quite surprised the results so far is quite close.
i'd expect a vast majority would prefer a 30 sec time limit. guess im wrong |
bump. poll is closing soon.

10 seconds is stupid. Only a neckbeard poopsocker would be willing to do that over a spawn with such variance and such a long respawn time

10 seconds is fine
|
10 seconds is stupid as fuck for a mob with a 7h20m window. Change to 30, plus, you’re consistent with scout and ring 8.
