Spells: refreshing buffs on the mark when old wears off

this happens with yaulp too. or used to often; I dunno about nowadays. I began to take care to not cast near the end of the duration. If I fizzled or some crap I'd wait until it wore.

classic or not? idk.

Not only is it a bug from classic but it is alive and well on Al'kabor. (Live Mac server that stops at PoP)

I doubt they sat down and worked to reproduce the bug. My guess is it was there already. The devs didn't build the game and client from scratch, and a lot of it works exactly like it did in Live, being the same code. This includes bugs, and this one is classic.
