Error 1017. Router problem?

Thanks for replying, baalzy. Yes, I have a dual core CPU. patchme is already in my target.

I think /affinity only works with Vista, and if I try set affinity with the task manager it says access is denied. But I disabled a core by going to start menu,run,msconfig,boot.ini,advanced options, /NUMPROC=1. Still error 1017.
