you have not detailed your issue clearly enough. people can only make assumptions at this point.

[1] what exactly is on your USB stick? (a) or (b)
(a) the 5 ISO files of the Titanium disk installation media
(b) a copy of your EverQuest folder that was already installed somewhere else

[2] what file exactly are you trying to run?


if (a) ISO files, then you need a program to "mount" the ISO file. (ISO files need to be mounted into a virtual CD drive).
Personally, i use DAEMON Tools Lite for my virtual CD drive needs.
