Thanks for asking this as I have been meaning to clear the water on that subject.
The names in the lists I post are not targeted towards any specific race, class, guild or player group. It's 100% as I see the names I add them to the list. I also do a /who in east commons and if I don't find many I'll do a /w all 60, /w all 59, etc. I also don't only pick names at certain times of the day. When I look for names is totally random.

You wouldn't happen to be some sort of tax auditor IRL would you? Or, maybe a street police officer? Or, perhaps some sort of quality control specialist at a manufacturing company?
