Do you guys know whether the sony progression servers have pre-nerf guises? i know the other stuff can be bought, but that item in particular means a lot to me for some silly reason.

Not sure. It will eventually have a casino though right? So you can certainly get one in Luclin.

I quit EQ mid-way through velious, there was a place in-game where a pre-nerf guise could be bought with plat?

Sort of... The next expansion (SoL) had an NPC based casino added to it (it was actually added quite a while after SOL was released) and with enough plat and luck you could win a guise.
