its incredible how infrequently bards proc their epic though.

Perhaps the issue is with Bards in BDA.

Mine has been working fine, buff's always up, only takes a few swings to get it rolling as far as I've seen

I have had quite a few Vindi kills where I never procced once with 255 dex.
