I'm running about 120. I find that some people I just cannot hit using my normal timing. If I'm in pvp more than 1v1 and I just fail to hit someone I'll swap targets and land every joust.

It's not just your ping but the Ping of your opponent that will determine your joust timing. At 120 I'm not the best but I do OK as a rogue.

Over 150 and I wouldn't touch a melee, though.
