Well aware. Doesn't make it any less frustrating.

Sorry for bringing up a past thread but I haven't played my Shaman for awhile but I have made level 15. This is how I have my current spell listing and was wondering if this is a good setup for root/rot? The first four are for buffs/protection and the last four are for attacks:
Inner Fire Turtle Skin Spirit Of Bear Spirit Of Wolf Root Sicken Tainted Breath The last one... Better to use Disempower or Walking Sleep? Anything else I should change?

Just get a runewood staff for 30pp, buff yourself with str, dex, agil, endurance and dot+melee everything to death.

Pull with Sicken (it lasts longer), then hit it with tainted breath (by this time its on you, and your DoTs do more damage if the mob is stationary/feared). Then melee it down, root if you get low, backup and heal.
Have Frenzy on yourself, buff with Str (not sure the other buffs add much, but Str should always be on). Maintain SoW for quick get-a-ways, always keep up Inner fire. Personally thou, I wouldn't bother with sicken due to mana costs, I would just use Tainted Breath when ever it wears out. At this level, you have your attack spells memmed, what buffs you want to keep memmed is up to you (as its a quick task to re-mem a different spell).
