I can't think of a Very good whip at all in P1999 compared to the damage lots of other weapons can do. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I am NOT a big fan of HOPING a weapon Procs on Red. Dying sucks. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
