Silken whip of ensnaring... I guess? Snare procs can be pretty mean. If they land it strips your opponent of jboots/sow, not to mention hindering their mobility. But, why would you want to use a whip?

He's obviously a proponent of dishing out pleasure and pain at the same time.

I can't think of a Very good whip at all in P1999 compared to the damage lots of other weapons can do. :p I am NOT a big fan of HOPING a weapon Procs on Red. Dying sucks. :p
