Can we please not derail the thread? Let's focus on an update on a GM Policy to police the Boards.

After all, many people here are well educated, seasone, and well-traveled. I mean, Heartbrand was a wonderful volunteer and advocate of poor children of India ages ago. His thoughts and opinions matter. So does everyone elses.
