alts are fun, but you know what's even more fun? having one character that is capable of camping the items you want for your alts, or being able to earn money at a reasonable rate, etc.. the server isn't going anywhere, you'll have plenty of time to play more classes, just tough it out on one of them and get the ball rolling [You must be logged in to view images. Since my bard is geared I am going to stick with him to 20 or so and see how grouping is for bards. I don't feel like spending my time in EC today trying to equip something.
