My effort at ranking the epics' overall power:

Weak: wizard, druid, necro, ench
Medium: warrior, paladin, shadowknight, ranger
Strong: cleric, shaman, monk, rogue
Insane: mage, bard

Mage and bard are just insane in how greatly they affect each class in every way. Especially in solo/duo/groups, those two epics make those classes WOWWTFPOWERFUL compared to how they stand before epics. Monk is like that too for solo and a lot of duo situations.

Couldn't bring myself to rank cleric as insane because as required as it is for raiding, it doesn't really change the class in any fundamental way. Donal's BP is way more powerful than the cleric epic.

Sham epic is solo/duo awesomeness. Rogue epic gives them their top spot on DPS for a long time. The other melee epics are nice but they aren't exactly big gamechangers (I don't think?) unless you are upgrading to one of these weapons from droppable stuff you bought in EC for 5k or something.

Wiz is handy but you shouldn't be getting hit anyway... it only shines if you have a stone and are oldworld. Nec and dru... guess I don't know about these really but they seem to have long cast times for the benefit for the class. And ench is like cleric imo, handy, convenient, but not gamechanging in any way.
