How noticeable is Human night-blindness

Here's an album I put together a while back showing a human monk on green with nothing, a greater light stone, and a glowing stone band:

It's much better with infravision, but ultravision is far better than infra and basically makes night nonexistent.

Edit - Ride the Spiral beat me to it but you can clearly see how beneficial ultravision is.
