Need opinions on ranger weapons

Dragon horn ykesha / ?? dual wield - http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=713

or

Silver swiftblade? - http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=401

I'm looking to buy an offhand weapon soon and was wondering if a swiftblade would be better than DWing the horn and a Ebony bladed sword, or something similar.
