Kedge robes are virtually impossible for rogues to obtain on their own. No one wants them for Phinny and the alternative is killing dark elves once every 8 hours for a week.

You just have to be good at networking (a very roguely skill, I might add.) I've killed Phinny a few times on my rogue. I was able to quest my epic and 1 for my friend who isn't able to raid for RL reasons. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
