There are 8.7 million species in the world, approximately 20 of which mate for life. That's 0.000002299%. If you think humans are one of those you would be wrong. The chances of meeting someone at the same place in life as you, and similar enough to you to make a go of it are slim. The odds you will grow and change at the same rate are 0.

There is no such thing is love, there is a chemical biological imperative to reproduce and mate. There is also a human dislike of change. When a relationship ends move on to a new one. Change is the only constant in life.
