Reasons why your proposal is not likely to work:

1. Finding a Fungi for 70k takes some time, I would suggest this the minimum price you'd be able to buy for IF you had the full amount in plat.

2. Fungis sell quickly and are always in high demand, I've sold every one I have had same day.

3. Your offer gives 0 incentive to the seller.

4. Your offer gives 0 insurance to the seller that you won't scam them or take forever to pay them back.

5. As more platinum enters the economy every day inflation causes platinum to lose some value over time (except in the case of widespread RMT bans and the such) so there's added risk that when you finally pay off the loan in 1-2 months plat will not be worth as much.

6. People are motivated by the prospect of a new item, when they get that item their motivation often wanes.
