Buying Fungi tunic 70k (paying 35k now, and 35k later on as money comes in)
 

Hi guys,

Since my name in game is Schnickusaurus and many people know me at EC tunnel,

I am checking if anyone is willing to sell me Fungi tunic for total of 70k

I have 35k cash now that you can get, and will pay another 35k as soon as I get money for it, eventually you get 70k.

I make about 5-10k per week so I estimate you should have full 70k within 1 month from now.

Can use this post as agreement / evidence i guess.

Ill do this for 35k down and 5k a week for 4 months. At any point you miss a payment the fungi tunic will get repo'ed back to me and I keep the down payment and any additional payments that I have recieved.

Are you amortizing the cost to equal 20k/mo on months that have 5 weeks?

Guys I need to keep the tunic. And you will get 70k soon enought..

I already made 5k worth gear yesterday Making me soon have 43k cash. In like 4 days i will change this post to 'i pay 50k now and 20k asap as money comes in' :P

Can you come up with à more solid solution? Maybe you feel more comfortable if we Wait 1-2 weeks and i have 55k and you get 15k as weekly payment rest?

Ozoden's offer lets you keep the tunic so long as you make all the payments. He's charging a heavy premium though, which may or may not be reasonable... there is a considerable amount of risk being taken by him so it's hard to say.

Long story short, you'll likely have a hard time finding someone willing to front you a Fungi at straight up market value both because of the risk involved as well as TVM (time value of money) which basically means that 35k spread over X weeks is not as valuable as 35k right now.

All this being said, I don't have a fungi to offer (I'm currently saving up for one myself after I sold my last one to partially fund the character I'm now buying for), but I do wish you the best of luck in obtaining one... I've seen you consistently around EC tunnel so I don't doubt you can save up for it eventually one way or another.

Yea, offer 80k total instead. You're offering nothing to compensate for risk.

I'll write an insurance policy on the transaction for 10% of total value, payable by the seller.

Buyer provides me with emu/login info. Emu password (server login will remain unchanged) will be changed during the loan term. When the debt is satisfied, emu information will be released back to the buyer immediately upon final payment.

In the event of default, the item will go into escrow (I will provide this service) where it will sell for the remaining balance owed to the seller. (ex. if the initial down payment is 50k and the remaining interest payments amount to 35k, the tunic will be sold in EC/Auction for 35k).

The item on loan with lien against it, is not to be removed from the account under any circumstance. If the item is moved to a character on another account, it must be documented BEFORE the transfer and emu info be provided for that new account. If the item is removed from the account before the maturity date of the loan and is not documented, the loan will be considered in default and the emu info will be turned over the to lien holder (seller).

As an insurance policy on my good faith and credit, I will deposit 250k into escrow with a reputable third party for as long as this business is in effect. In the event that the policy underwriter (me) defaults or breaches the trust of either party by any material disruption to the course of business, claims pursuant against me can seek restitution from these funds held with the escrow party to the extent of the value of services rendered. The underwriter's funds on deposit with the escrow will be ineligible for the underwriter to redeem back while any insurance policy is in effect (effective).

Qualifications for eligibility for insurance will vary depending on value of item on loan.

How about 40k cash now. I pay 5k per week. IF i miss payment i pay 500pp fee so you will them get 70 500pp in the end but agreement is kept forever to ensure I get tunic and you get 70k (+ fee if i fail some week) ?

Even still, the problem with this is that there is no incentive to the seller. Now if you were willing to pay 80K total when the current going rate on a fungi tunic is 75K, then it might make sense to the seller.

Otherwise, they're only doing it to be gracious to a stranger when they have a chance to be ripped off.
