Yeah, well, not like P99 has bolts working correctly either, lol.
Uthgard has always had some broken stuff, but for the most part it was pretty polished. Uthgard has been promising fixes to stuff like bolts, 2h spec damage, and addition of old RAs / SI, etc. for years... so honestly Origins giving Uthgard a swift kick in the ass to work on those things has been the main gain here, I think. As far as content type stuff goes, Uthgard has always been very strong. I don't understand how Origins launched without dragons having their abilities, for example.
