Mouselook sensitivity is the only way to fix it. You just have to play with the slide bar until you get the setting that works. This is an issue with virtualization only (Wine, VMWare, Parallels), and affects many games… not just P99. In fact, P99 has given me the most successful "fix" I've encountered in any virtualized game yet.
