Today there was:

- Healthy/fun competition between guilds for raid targets
- Both "levels" of guilds getting a chance to compete
- Some cooperation between guilds when needed
- A spread of raid targets going to multiple different guilds
- A lack of training/bullshit tactics
- Casual guilds happy they finally get a chance to experience some end game content
- Hardcore guilds still getting the majority of the rewards for their efforts

I'd say things have changed for the better around here, and we should all be pretty happy with the changes.
