Me, Chest, and Dreymon waiting on him to spawn there. I know at least one other monk waiting to do his turn-in. He finally spawned - hailed him. Nothing. Used sneak and hailed - nothing. Got an enchanter to charm, then hailed - nothing. A quick petition later and we get this.

in fact now it's broken until patch because every time we reload it ... it can cause MAJOR issues - SO GG assholes.

I'd like to see punishment given out for dick behavior, instead of punishment threatened after the fact. That'd stop a lot of dick behavior from happening in the first place, if people were a little more afraid of being banned. But not my call, /shrug

Not entirely sure what's wrong with this, but after reloading scripts for DL, he responded and worked for me.

If he responds to your hails, it should be gtg.

As far as reimbursements, make individual posts in petition/exploit: reimbursement.

I haven't seen it fail yet if he responds to your hails. So if he didn't respond you shouldn't have handed it in. Follow the information Nilbog has posted. I quoted it for you.

ya i see that now of course, i guess after 2 days of trying to get him to spawn when i saw him i got over excited. Last thing i remeber reading was that it was fine now...=/
