Leveling a char to max lvl in this game is a MASSIVE time investment. I think it's completely reasonable for people to ask questions about the plans for the future of whichever server they choose to play on. No?

For example I'd be pretty annoyed if I rolled fresh on green right now and got to lvl 40+ and they go "Surprise we're merging servers and starting a fresh green!". If I had known beforehand I probably would have just waited and started fresh on green 2.0 instead of wasting all that time on a green char that just gets dumped to blue before I even hit max lvl. That's unfortunately kind of the position I'm in now. I'd like to get back into P99 but the uncertainty of the future is kind of holding me back from making a decision.

How often do you get hypothetically angry? 😡

I'm all for that if the new server has the QoL options they removed like custom UIs, spell sets, pet window etc. I'll come back for that but that's it.
