You had me up until he started raiding like a full time job, after he spent the last 2+ years making fun of people who did that every single day on the forums.

The whole AON/trade BOTB thing is spot on though.

HB has said the same thing. Raiding in empire was probably realistically 3 to 4 x more hardcore than the one day nihi kunark raiding. That and there was a pretty massive roster of players keeping 90+ % ra. I mean I did some of the raids which were 5 to 6 hrs and we'd drop maybe half of ntov. That wasn't at the last few months of emp so I'm sure things changed but I attended a raid at 6 months in and wanted to blow my brains out which I told chuck repeatedly.

It's interesting how you can lie about it or your brain changes it to save your ego. I'll ponder this some more.

ya we wiped to trash. Now I remember the raid it was the day a bunch of people got trampled by Muslims in saudi Arabia during some religious thing and I said it looked like that. Like 5 to 6 hrs mostly on trash and crs lol.

I will say that the empire raiding schedule became very casual once our monks mastered the cubby pulling in ToV
