Is Tempest no longer top guild?
 

I've been afk for a while, maybe a month? And curious about the raid scene I guess. Had a really strange encounter with a low level Tempest player just now.

Tried to talk to this guy afterward but he was really mad and stopped responding. Seemed kinda odd for Tempest to be recruiting fresh newbies who've never played pvp.
